Scoring options

  • 1Start-first mode: closest to bull starts the leg.
  • 2Bonus mode: bull hit subtracts 25 before normal play begins.
  • 3Sprint mode: first to 3 legs wins the match.

Variations

Make it easier

Let outer bull count as the full bonus while the group learns.

Make it harder

Require inner bull for the bonus and double-out to finish.

Optional setup

Use this as the main activity from Darts Board. Play for points, bragging rights, or simple rotation first. STUD mode is optional and the activity works without it.

Why it works

The first dart matters immediately, so every leg starts with pressure instead of a slow setup.

Safety / fair play

Use a safe space, avoid hard contact or unsafe surfaces, adjust for age and skill, and agree on close calls before the round starts.
