Rail Miss Tax

Call a rail or bank and miss the intended route to add 1 penalty point against yourself.

Before putting, a player may call a rail, bank, or wall. If the ball misses that route completely, add 1 penalty point against that player. If it follows the route and finishes close, they earn 1 challenge point.
