Landmark Bingo Run
This activity is for points or bragging rights only. STUD mode is not recommended for this format.
How to play
- Create a 3-by-3 bingo card with safe landmarks such as a bench, bridge, mural, fountain, hill, or trail sign.
- Set a route boundary and a time limit before anyone starts.
- Teams walk or run together and mark landmarks only when the whole team reaches them.
- No road crossings, shortcuts through unsafe areas, or splitting the team unless the group agreed ahead of time.
- First team to complete a row wins, or the team with the most marked spaces when time expires wins.
- Use a walk version for mixed-pace groups.
What counts?
A result counts when it matches the main rule: Landmark Bingo Run: mark safe landmarks as a team, complete a bingo row first or score most spaces before time ends. Use this scoring agreement for close calls: first row, column, or diagonal wins. Do not count attempts that break the setup, happen outside the agreed space, or depend on a call the group cannot agree on.
How to win
Quick mode: first row, column, or diagonal wins. Timed mode: most landmarks found in 20 minutes wins. Group mode: rotate after each round so every player or team gets the same number of turns.
