How to play
- Pick a safe park path, track edge, or neighborhood route with 3 to 5 visible landmarks and no risky road crossings.
- Split into teams and agree on a controlled tempo, jog, walk, or mixed-pace format before starting.
- Each teammate moves from one landmark to the next and tags the next teammate with a clear handoff.
- Teams must hold the agreed tempo between landmarks; unsafe surges, blocked paths, or shortcut attempts require a restart from the last landmark.
- Each team gets one pace-check reset to slow the round down before the final leg.
- Fastest clean team wins, or closest team to its called total time wins if the group wants a pacing format.
What counts?
A result counts when it matches the main rule: Landmark Tempo Tag: safe landmarks, teammate tags, controlled tempo. Fastest clean team or closest called time wins. Use this scoring agreement for close calls: fastest team that keeps the agreed tempo wins. Do not count attempts that break the setup, happen outside the agreed space, or depend on a call the group cannot agree on.
How to win
Quick mode: fastest team that keeps the agreed tempo wins. Timed mode: play a 15-40 min round and count the score when time expires. Group mode: fastest team that keeps the agreed tempo wins.
