How to play Badugi Rainbow Draw

Step 1

Deal four cards and play three draw rounds. Make the lowest hand with one card of each suit and no pairs; A-2-3-4 rainbow is the best possible hand, and any four-card badugi beats a three-card hand.

Step 2

Judge the badugi result against the scoring rule before anyone resets.

Step 3

Reset the badugi setup, rotate evenly, and stop at the agreed finish condition.

How the result works

Deal four cards and play three draw rounds. Make the lowest hand with one card of each suit and no pairs; A-2-3-4 rainbow is the best possible hand, and any four-card badugi beats a three-card hand. A dealt pat badugi that stands pat all three draws earns a bonus counter. First to 5 deal wins takes the table. Format: Dealer rotation.
