Information and tools
Studboards provides general educational information, activity ideas, commentary and personal creative tools across its products. It does not provide personalized medical, mental-health, financial, investment, tax, legal or other professional services. Using the site does not create a professional-client relationship.
- Product-specific notices appear under Read product disclaimers in every page footer. Read the warnings alongside the feature or content you use as well.
- A disclaimer is not a finding that an activity, product, compound or financial choice is safe, suitable or lawful.
Check important information
Content and images may be AI-generated or AI-assisted. They can contain errors, omissions, disputed interpretations or outdated information. Community reports describe people's experiences; popularity, testimonials and anecdotes do not establish safety or effectiveness.
- Verify important claims with current primary sources and an appropriately qualified professional.
- Examples, calculators, suggested steps and generated answers are illustrations, not guarantees or personalized recommendations.
- A linked source, business, product or community mention does not by itself establish an endorsement or independent verification.
Safety and personal decisions
Choose activities and ideas that fit the people, location, equipment, age, health, abilities and conditions involved. Check supervision, permits, manufacturer instructions and local rules. Stop when conditions become unsafe.
- Health content is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, prescription or instruction to obtain or use a substance. Do not change prescribed treatment or delay professional care because of this site.
- For an emergency, contact local emergency services. Studboards is not an emergency or crisis service.
- Financial and tax examples depend on personal circumstances and changing rules. Consult a qualified professional for decisions that affect your money or rights.
- Children's participation in activities needs appropriate adult judgment and supervision.
Optional $STUD and external services
The activity boards and other products work without holding $STUD. $STUD is a meme token. Crypto assets can lose all value, and transactions may be irreversible. Prices, liquidity, availability and displayed market data can change or be wrong.
- Nothing on the site is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities, or a promise of profit, value or liquidity.
- Verify the official mint and destination before using a wallet or external trading service. Never disclose recovery phrases or private keys.
- Third-party websites, providers, wallets and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Studboards does not control their availability or conduct.
Local collections, cards and exports
STUD=1 saves collections in your browser, without an account or cloud backup. Browser cleanup, device loss or software failure can remove them. Keep an editable backup if you need to retain your work. Exported files can contain personal information; review the finished output before sharing.
- Your selections, notes and generated cards represent your choices, not a Studboards recommendation or endorsement.
- Only add or share material you have permission to use. Respect privacy, intellectual-property rights and other people's consent.
- AI imagery is illustrative and may contain inaccuracies. It does not prove an event occurred or a depicted person endorsed a message.
Respectful, lawful use
Use the site and its share and export tools for their intended purposes. Do not use them for unlawful conduct, impersonation, harassment, rights infringement, harmful deception or attempts to compromise the site or its users.
- Do not bypass access controls, overload the service or attempt to obtain another person's private information.
- Third-party text, images, marks and source material remain subject to their owners' rights and any applicable licenses. A download or export is not a grant of rights the site does not hold.
- Bible text and STUDstudy commentary have distinct attribution and permissions information.
Availability and warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site, its content and tools are provided as available and as is, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability. Features and content may change or be withdrawn.
- No result, safety, legality, financial outcome or preservation of locally stored work is promised.
- These limits do not exclude warranties or consumer protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Limits and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Studboards and its operator disclaim liability for losses arising from reliance on site information, participation in activities, use of external services, token transactions, or loss or disclosure of locally stored or exported information.
- Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer rights.
- The application and enforceability of these terms depend on the circumstances and applicable law. This page does not claim that merely visiting the site waives your legal rights.
Changes and questions
