What does it mean to be a STUD?
Here, STUD is about capability and character: learning useful things, following through, and using your strengths for good. That can be as ordinary as keeping your word, helping someone, trying a new skill, or bringing friends together.

The name
Why the name STUDboards?
A board is an organized place for a subject. STUDplay brings games together; STUDskill brings practical skills together. The wood S logo also nods to construction studs and boards—the pieces you build with.
- On the site, the useful pieces are ideas, knowledge, experiences and tools you can draw on in your own life.
- STUD also carries a sense of ability, quality, confidence and style. It is a shared brand name, not a ranking of people or an acronym.

Research, Self, Fit and Money put community experience at the center: forums, social media, biohacking discussion and bro science. Learn draws on professional and named sources. Study reads Scripture in its literary and historical context.
- Personal reports can be useful without being universal answers.
- Different experiences, uncertainty and things that did not work remain part of the picture.
- Source material and AI explanations are not infallible. Keep the context attached when deciding what fits your own situation.

How do I keep what is useful to me?
In STUD=1, collect items from across the site or add your own. Keep a simple list, or include optional details about what you are doing and what you have tried.
