How to play Obstacle Course Relay
The next teammate starts only after the clean handoff or tag.
Missed stations must be corrected before the runner can finish.
The host times the full team relay.
Guide details
Run it cleanly
How the result works
Fastest clean team time wins. Add penalties for missed stations or unsafe shortcuts.
Example: Team Red finishes in 1:42 but hit two cones, so 10 penalty seconds make the final time 1:52.
Keep it clean
Building stations too close together. Leave enough space for safe turns and handoffs.
Safety: Use soft, low-risk obstacles and stop the run if the lane is blocked.
Who it fits
Yards, parks, and field-day groups with enough space to move.
