Swimming Pool / Pool Ball + Float
Keep a beach ball in the air with clean taps while everyone stays in their own safe water space. Longest clean rally wins.
Every fifth touch must be called before it happens or the rally resets.
Yard Games / Cornhole + Bags
Play 6 short cornhole frames with cancellation scoring. Highest net frame total wins.
Final frame requires each side to call one board zone before throwing.
Fitness Gauntlet
Run three sprints each in a clear marked lane. Best average time wins.
Closest race gets one final winner-take-all sprint.
Ultimate Frisbee / Ultimate
Climb through harder break-side targets and score only throws that arrive on time and in stride. Highest ladder wins.
Best for 4-14 players over 15-30 min in Field Play. Agree the target and tracking method before starting.

Throw a soft marker from the same line 3 times. Longest in-bounds landing wins.
Closest top two do a one-throw shootout.
Swimming Pool / Pool Ball + Float
Toss soft floating balls into cups or buckets that drift inside an agreed target lane.
A called-color target counts double, but a splash outside the lane scores zero.
Yard Games / Cornhole + Bags
Throw from 3 agreed distances and score only clean hole shots. First player to clear every distance wins.
Miss all bags at a distance and move back one step on the ladder.
Fitness Gauntlet
Sprint from one marked line to another and back. Best of 3 rounds.
Round 3 starts from a push-up position.
Ultimate Frisbee / Ultimate
Throw to target gates from short to long range. Clear the current target to climb; first through wins.
Best for 4-14 players over 15-30 min in Field Play. Agree the target and tracking method before starting.

Last game uses blind-draw partners.
