After 0.5, 5, or 10 mg/kg IP in lean male mice, plasma was sampled from 0 to 60 minutes; concentration peaked at 1 minute, with no detectable peak at 0.5 mg/kg.
A one-sided mouse plasma estimate does not establish human or subcutaneous kinetics, brain elimination, depot behavior, subjective duration or a weekly interval.
