Safety: Teams enter and leave only through their marked side gates after the host clears the field. Flag belts are preferred. If flags are unavailable, agree on a gentle upper-arm or shoulder-blade touch before play. No body blocks, grabs, pushes, hand-offs, tackles, or contact near the head, neck, chest, or waist; stop on the first called touch. The resting team remains inside its box and does not crowd the touchline.
