Host tip

Keep it clean

Starting the next twin attempt before the field and retrieval lane are clear.

Safety: Keep all four corner run-off areas clear and prohibit diving into a zone. Flag belts are preferred. If flags are unavailable, agree on a gentle upper-arm or shoulder-blade touch before play. No body blocks, grabs, pushes, hand-offs, tackles, or contact near the head, neck, chest, or waist; stop on the first called touch. Inspect the surface, separate running lanes, keep the run-off area clear, and use a pace the whole group can control. No diving, blocking, grabbing, pushing, or chasing a loose ball into another lane.
