How to play Penalty Shootout Round
The keeper stays for the set or rotates after each shooter, depending on group size.
Shots must start from the marked spot and use the agreed restart rule.
Tied players or teams continue one shot each in sudden death.
Guide details
Run it cleanly
How the result works
A made penalty scores 1 point. A miss, save, or unsafe restart scores 0.
Example: After five shots, two teams are tied 3-3. Both take one more shot; only one scores, so that team wins.
Keep it clean
Changing keeper rules mid-round. Decide keeper rotation before the first shot.
Safety: Clear the goal mouth and stop play if anyone enters the shooting lane.
