Quick start.
“Each team arranges the same nine cues on its own 3-by-3 grid. Mark only confirmed cues. First line scores one; same-cue ties each score one; live action stops the round. Late arrivals join next break or skip, with no backfill.”

How to play Ad Break Bingo Sprint
Anyone arriving late may join an existing team when the next break begins or skip; do not add points for breaks they missed.
The first team to complete one group-confirmed horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line calls bingo, and that break's round ends; if the same confirmed cue completes lines for multiple teams, each tied team scores.
If live action resumes before a confirmed line, stop immediately, award no point, and do not keep marking.
Use a fresh 3-by-3 grid for each later break; do not reset a grid or score another line within the same break.

Run it cleanly
How the result works
The first group-confirmed horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line scores exactly 1 team point and ends the round. If the same confirmed cue completes lines for multiple teams, each tied team scores 1. If live action resumes first, every team scores 0 for that break.
Example: Team Blue and Team Gold use different layouts. One confirmed replay cue completes both teams' first lines, so each tied team scores 1 and that break's round closes.
Keep it clean
Giving every team the same layout, continuing after live action resumes, or counting multiple lines in one break. Lock each team's own layout and award at most 1 point per team per break.
Safety: Use short rounds, visible scoring, clear turns, and the tie rule everyone agreed on.
