2 Corinthians 13:11–14
Restoration, Peace, Shared Greeting, and Threefold Grace Close the Letter
The last word is mending, peace, and a threefold gift—not a forced kiss or a locked consensus.
Finally, brothers and sisters: rejoice, be restored, be comforted, agree with one another, live in peace, and the God of love and peace will be with you. Greet one another with a holy kiss. All the saints greet you. The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
A holy kiss is a culturally embodied greeting. It does not override consent, personal space, trauma awareness, or a fitting local form of welcome. Being of one mind does not require silencing questions, minority conscience, evidence, or safe dissent. The blessing names Christ's grace, the Father's love, and the Spirit's shared life; it does not hand divine authority to a human leader.

Aim at repair and peace without fake sameness. Greet people in ways they can receive, and let grace, love, and shared life—not fear—close the conversation.
