Bezalel Makes the Table and Vessels
The table is made to be borne
Bezalel makes the table, its crown, border, rings, and gold-overlaid staves, with pure-gold vessels: dishes, spoons, bowls, and covers.
Ready for bread that will be set always
Chapter 25 required shewbread before God always. This unit supplies the furniture and vessels. Continual bread still depends on later placing; the making is not itself the meal.
How this should shape us
Build the table and name who will keep it supplied. Vessels without bread, or bread without an accountable table, are not the provision this design intended.
