Exodus 39:32–43
All the Work Is Inspected and Blessed
All the work is finished, and they bring it to Moses
The tabernacle of the tent of the congregation is finished. Israel does according to all the LORD commanded Moses. They bring the tent, furniture, ark, cover, table, shewbread, lampstand, oil, gold altar, anointing oil, incense, screen, brass altar, grate, vessels, laver, court hangings, sockets, gate, cords, pins, cloths, and garments to Moses.
He looks, sees they have done it as commanded, and blesses them
According to all the LORD commanded Moses, so Israel made all the work. Moses looks upon all the work: behold, they had done it as the LORD commanded, even so had they done it. Moses blesses them.
Inspection precedes blessing. The refrain of conformity is the point of this gathering: not a new design, not a surprise upgrade, but a completed obedience that can be seen. The dwelling is still not filled with glory; that belongs to the next chapter.
How this should shape us
Bring the work into the light, compare it with the command, and only then bless the workers. Do not bless a project you have not looked at, and do not skip the people who made it in order to hurry the opening.
