Ezekiel 34:17–22
God Judges between Sheep, Rams, and Goats
I judge between cattle and cattle
As for you, O my flock, the LORD judges between cattle and cattle, between the rams and the he goats. Is it a small thing to have eaten up the good pasture, but ye must tread down with your feet the residue of your pastures? And to have drunk of the deep waters, but ye must foul the residue with your feet?
As for the LORD's flock, they eat that which ye have trodden, and they drink that which ye have fouled. Strength inside the flock has been used to ruin the shared water.
The shoved sheep are saved from the fat ones
Therefore the LORD will save his flock, and they shall no more be a prey. He will judge between cattle and cattle. Because they have thrust with side and with shoulder, and pushed all the diseased with their horns, till they have scattered them abroad, he will deliver his flock.
Internal judgment is about fouled commons and shoved weak animals, not a license to dehumanize a social class or to treat strength itself as guilt. The sick pushed by horns are the ones God names for saving.
How this should shape us
If you can reach the good water, leave it drinkable. Do not shoulder the injured out of the way. God can judge inside a community without you turning 'goat' into a slur against a whole class.
