Forsaken Zion Becomes Just, Peaceful, and Everlasting Light

You shall call your walls Salvation, your gates Praise

Forsaken, hated, with no one passing through—that was the city's name in experience. God makes her a joy of generations. Instead of bronze, gold; instead of iron, silver. Officers become peace; overseers, righteousness. Violence is no longer heard in the land. The sun will no longer be the light by day; the Lord will be everlasting light. The people will all be righteous; they will possess the land forever, the shoot of God's planting, so that God may be glorified. The least will become a thousand.

Peace as government is the miracle, not upgraded metals. Everlasting light is God, which keeps the vision from collapsing into a civic lighting project or a single modern state. Nationalism, colonialism, forced labor, racial hierarchy, and prophetic immunity for any government are misuses. Forever-possession is hope language for a planted people, not a blank check.

No more violence heard is the line to want without faking. A warranted life is to measure any claimed fulfillment by whether officers are actually peace, whether the small flourish, and whether God remains the light rather than the regime.
