Job Calls for His Accuser to Face the Wicked's Lot
The accuser is wished the wicked's portion
Let Job's enemy be as the wicked, and the one who rises against him as the unrighteous. What is the hope of the godless when God takes away his soul? Will God hear his cry when trouble comes? Can he delight in the Almighty and call on God at all times?
The wish is forensic. Job's 'enemy' in this moment is the one prosecuting him with lies. The questions assume that the godless have no durable hope when life is stripped.
A courtroom curse is not a hunting license
Job is not handing later readers a warrant to label every opponent godless or to repay insult with ruin. He is saying that if the friends' own theology were applied fairly, it would fall on false accusers, not on him.
Whether 27:11-23 continues Job's voice or shifts will be the next unit's problem. These four verses already show how sharp the conflict has become.
How this should shape us
In a fight over someone's name, do not baptize revenge. It is right to want false accusation to fail. It is not right to wish a human enemy erased as a way of winning an argument.
