Five-Card Draw, Pair-or-Better, Blackjack Dealer Rotation, and Blind Draw are the easiest starts because the table can learn by dealing short hands and comparing results.
Poker and card tables often use one base game with small rule changes. Related Twists keep those changes next to the variant so players do not have to search the full Card Games board.
