Community talk. May contain inaccuracies. Not medical advice. Not a protocol. Not for human or animal use.
ITPP is an experimental compound people discuss for making sustained exercise feel easier. Reports range from a small endurance lift to striking improvements, no benefit, or unwanted headaches and breathing symptoms. It means myo-inositol trispyrophosphate, a different chemical identity from ordinary myo-inositol supplements.
What ITPP means
- An oxygen-release idea, not a guaranteed stamina effect. Community explanations center on hemoglobin, the protein that carries oxygen in red blood cells, releasing oxygen more readily. That proposed explanation is different from measuring better performance in a person; the familiar 57% endurance headline comes from a post discussing mice. www.reddit.com
- The full chemical name and form matter. Chemical documentation identifies the hexasodium salt as CAS 23103-35-7. That identifies a named chemical form, not the contents of a forum user’s product; reports that say only ITPP leave formulation unresolved. Official context www.reddit.com
Benefits people report
- More stamina without feeling stimulated. A 2021 endurance account describes the usual fatigue barrier feeling delayed, rather than a stimulant rush. In the 2024 thread, another person remembers only a small endurance improvement, while a separate reply claims better gym performance; none supplies controlled measurements. www.reddit.com www.reddit.com
- Less fatigue and clearer days in some accounts. The 2019 fatigue author describes better sleep, focus and exercise tolerance after beginning use. They later clarify that chronic fatigue syndrome was not formally diagnosed and relate their earlier problems to coming off venlafaxine; this is not evidence of a treatment for ME/CFS. Personal report
The useful comparisons
- Ordinary inositol is a separate topic. The trispyrophosphate chemical name cannot be shortened to myo-inositol without losing the identity that matters. Supplement reports about sleep, insulin signaling or menstrual cycles do not establish ITPP effects or amounts. Official context www.reddit.com
- Cardarine is an endurance comparison, not an equivalent. The PEDsR discussion compares the appeal of both compounds, but its author had not used ITPP. Its claim that cancer research makes ITPP a safer alternative is not a head-to-head safety result; neither that argument nor a similar stamina story proves interchangeability. www.reddit.com
Doses people discuss
These are separate reports and claims, not instructions or a dose ladder. mg means milligrams; 1,000 mg equals 1 g. Product identity and strength were not independently verified.
- 30–50 mg daily: route not stated. The headache author reports this daily amount alongside an endurance benefit and later persistent headaches. It is one adverse account, not a low-risk starting band. Personal report
- 500 mg twice weekly, under the tongue then swallowed. The fatigue author describes this amount per occasion: 1,000 mg, or 1 g, in a stated week. Mixing sublingual and swallowed exposure does not establish a purely oral dose equivalent. Personal report
- A null trial used 1 g weekly, then 2 g in its fourth week. Jay describes sublingual totals of 500 + 250 + 250 mg per week for three weeks, then 500 mg on four consecutive days. Exercise did not feel easier. www.rapamycin.news
- 1 g daily for two days brought unwanted effects. In PEDsR, a user describes moving from intermittent sublingual use to this daily total, then dizziness, itching and headache despite easier running. Their earlier wording about divided amounts is ambiguous and should not be converted into a precise standard schedule. www.reddit.com
- 500 mg three times weekly is a corrected suggestion, not a use log. The PEDsR author replaced an animal-derived calculation with this suggestion after feedback, while acknowledging no personal ITPP use. The two versions do not form a human dose range. www.reddit.com
- 50 mg ITPP plus 50 mg dimethylglycine, injected twice weekly. AgentSmith describes this combination, with a later intramuscular preference. It is a co-use account without an isolated outcome, not a swallowed-dose equivalent. www.rapamycin.news
Half-life: what the claims actually mean
- Five days and about two weeks are unverified forum estimates. The PEDsR post asserts five days. Longecity repeats about two weeks; another commenter speculates about 120 days from red-cell lifespan. These are not measured human elimination values: blood-cell lifespan does not establish drug half-life. www.reddit.com www.longecity.org
When people notice a change
- Within a two-week trial, but no dependable first-dose clock. The fatigue author reports improvement by the time of their two-week post, without identifying the first hour or day of benefit. Retrospective endurance praise in the seed threads likewise gives no timed onset. Personal report www.reddit.com www.reddit.com
How long effects feel noticeable
- No reliable single-dose benefit window. Accounts mainly describe workouts during repeated use. In the PEDsR update, the user planned to stop and see how long benefit and symptoms lasted; a plan to observe is not a completed duration result. www.reddit.com Personal report
- Headaches continued for days after stopping in one report. That is the duration of an unwanted symptom, not proof that the stamina benefit lasted equally long or a measurement of ITPP half-life. Personal report
Courses and breaks
- Two-week reporting and a four-week null trial are different histories. The fatigue post is an early checkpoint, not a completed lifelong-use record. Jay stopped pursuing ITPP after the four-week experiment; neither account establishes an effective course or a protective break. Personal report www.rapamycin.news
- A plan to stop is not a completed follow-up. The PEDsR user said they would stop after the higher-exposure adverse episode. Their report supplies no validated washout, tolerance reset or repeat-cycle rule. www.reddit.com
Cautions that matter
- Headache, dizziness and itching can outweigh the appeal. These appear in firsthand reports, including alongside perceived endurance benefit. Co-use and untested products prevent clean attribution, but favorable performance does not cancel an adverse experience. Personal report www.reddit.com
- Breathing difficulty and chest pressure were reported. One Longecity account gives inconsistent wording around 750 mg orally and mentions anxiety. Another reports roughly three weeks until breathing normalized while continuing about 100 mg/day, so this is not a washout measurement. New breathing difficulty or chest pressure needs medical assessment. www.longecity.org
- A chemical name does not certify a bottle. Community warnings about incorrect identity are not laboratory confirmation that a particular seller is wrong or right. Salt form, label accuracy and contamination remain unresolved for these reports; lack of benefit is not proof of a fake product. www.reddit.com Official context www.rapamycin.news
- Artificial oxygen-delivery enhancement is prohibited in tested sport. WADA’s 2026 M1.2 rule covers that function at all times. Applying it to ITPP’s proposed oxygen-delivery use is a mechanism-based reading; the inspected list does not name ITPP. A forum break is not a drug-test clearance interval. Official context www.reddit.com
What the accounts add
- The null report included actual exercise. Jay tested running, swimming and hiking without easier exertion. Unverified contents leave uncertainty, but this remains a nonresponse report rather than something to explain away. www.rapamycin.news
- The headache report involved several other substances. The same author names acetyl-L-carnitine, magnesium, coffee, theacrine, citrulline, trimethylglycine, methylsulfonylmethane and occasional phenylpiracetam. The thread does not establish which coincided with each headache, so it cannot isolate an interaction or blame ITPP alone. Personal report
- Red-cell explanations do not prove lasting benefit. AgentSmith’s later posts favor nighttime convenience and argue from red-cell lifespan. Those are personal timing beliefs, not measurements of absorption or how long an exercise effect lasts. www.rapamycin.news
- An enthusiastic fatigue report has later commercial context. The username whole_kernel on the detailed 2019 account also offers ITPP for sale in the 2021 seed thread. That does not prove the earlier experience false, but the later post cannot serve as independent support or evidence of verified product quality. Personal report www.reddit.com
- An impressive percentage can hide an animal-study origin. The PEDsR headline is explicitly explained as mouse exercise data, while its author later admits never using ITPP and revises the converted-dose suggestion. This is why the headline, the advice and the firsthand reply must be read separately. www.reddit.com
Human research, kept separate
- A cancer infusion study does not validate athletic use. The indexed abstract of Schneider and colleagues’ 2021 phase Ib study describes 28 patients and 32 treatment-related toxicity events, mostly elevated blood calcium. This was an uncontrolled intravenous cancer study; its findings cannot establish long-term safety or performance benefit from community products. Full-text access was unavailable in this review.
