polydeoxyribonucleotide · Rejuran · Rejuran Healer · salmon DNA · polynucleotide PN · PDRN mesotherapy
Community talk. May be wrong. Not medical advice. Not a protocol. Not for human or animal use.
Local — skin injections / mesotherapy, not a whole-body shot.
PN/HA product; the commenter described glow after about 2 weeks. It was not a measured PDRN-only response.
A separate full-face session, with 2 cc Fillroad to the neck. Different products and areas prevent equal-volume or isolated-outcome comparisons.
Reported Rejuran/Healer menu volumes; some posts debate whether 1 mL is enough, without a demonstrated universal threshold.
Cheeks or under-eye-focused descriptions; product and treatment area need to stay attached to the volume.
Menus describe weekly-to-monthly use. A preserved course describes 6 sessions over 4 months, initially every 2 weeks for 3 sessions, then monthly; hair evidence is thinner than the cosmetic skin discussion.

Timing context & sources
Half-life in the body
A cosmetic intradermal PN/PDRN half-life is not established by the reviewed identity sources and experience reports.
PharmaResearch identifies Rejuran as a PN medical device, whereas Mastelli identifies Placentex as PDRN pharmaceutical material. Papules and 4–6-month maintenance are visible recovery or treatment-calendar observations, not parent half-life measurements.
This is a formulation-specific evidence boundary, not a claim that no PDRN PK study exists anywhere. Secondary IM PDRN values are not transferred to Rejuran PN, and visible swelling cannot quantify intact material persistence.
- PharmaResearch — REJURAN is a PN-based medical device (opens in a new tab)3 July 2024 manufacturer release, paragraphs identifying REJURAN as a DOT PN facial-wrinkle medical device and distinguishing the company's DOT PDRN/PN product technologies (text lines 21–25).Manufacturer commercial communication used only for product identity, not promotional safety, superiority, sales-based effectiveness or measured kinetics.
- Mastelli — Placentex PDRN product identity (opens in a new tab)DRUGS / Placentex section: PDRN pharmaceutical active ingredient, 5.625 mg/3 mL injectable solution; separate PN medical devices listed next.Publicly returned page text reviewed; no professional-status confirmation was made. Product description, not a full PK dossier or evidence that intramuscular PDRN kinetics apply to intradermal PN or cosmetics.
Felt duration people report
Procedural pain and days of bumps are more immediately observable than a consistent duration of glow or skin change; benefits and durability vary.
One comparison reported bumps fading in 1–2 days and texture changes after 2–3 Rejuran sessions. Another participant reported no long effect after four treatments. A 2 cc HB cheek report described glow at about 2 weeks, before a different 4 cc Healer session.
These are subjective appearances and recovery times, not elimination measurements. Different formulations, anesthetics, areas and concurrent Botox/laser/HIFU/RF/Fillroad prevent clean attribution; planned sessions are not outcomes.
- Rejuran vs PDRN — one user's different skin-treatment impressions (opens in a new tab)Suspicious-Care5553 OP, Rejuran vs PDRN paragraphs: 2–3 sessions, bumps resolving in 1–2 days, texture/eye-line change versus hydration/redness impressions; adjacent HIFU/RF history also read.No exact PDRN product, amount or route for that comparison and no controlled attribution; other procedures confound results. Small beauty subreddit and clinic discussion may be promotional. Not evidence of one formulation's superiority.
- I just got Rejuran — severe procedural pain and mixed durability (opens in a new tab)lavanderhaze27 OP 30 min after treatment: intense 5–8-min procedural pain, swelling, concurrent Botox/sunspot work; evelyn6073 reply reports 4 treatments without a long effect. OP update-request branch only promises a TikTok update; no isolated outcome is supplied there.Thread includes multiple distinct authors, anesthetic/technique and sourcing advice not adopted. Initial pain is not a long-term result; the four-treatment null-durability report is another participant. Collapsed branches and linked social video were not reviewed.
- Feedback/review on Rejuran Healer after 3 sessions? — amounts, formulations and maintenance reports (opens in a new tab)skiwg comment: 2 cc cheek-only HB, glow after about 2 weeks, then 4 cc Healer full face plus 2 cc Fillroad neck. mabubsonyeo reports treatment every 3–4 months for 8 years with laser/Botox/subcision confounding. VentiKombucha later clarifies a planned fourth session, not a proven maintenance result.Unverified cosmetic products and self-assessment; HB/Healer and body areas differ. Maintenance intervals and plans do not measure tissue residence, elimination half-life or guaranteed benefit.
What people say
- Glow / texture / barrier: Clinic copy and user posts: less crepey, more bounce over a series, not a one-and-done filter. forum
- Under-eye Rejuran I: The SKU for thin skin. Bruising is the tax. forum
- Hair mesotherapy: Scalp PDRN + minox/PRP menus. Diaries are thinner than fin/minox albums. forum
- Post-laser add-on: Recovery/glow stack in med-spa protocols. forum
- Microneedling + “salmon” 2025: r/Microneedling — barrier/glow/acne-calm n=1s next to “not a miracle.” Curenex-class cheap PDRN boosters get named as starters vs Rejuran price. forum
- 3-vial full-face (DIY 2025): r/DIYCosmeticProcedures copied a Korean-doc video — one syringe per cheek + forehead. Papules lasted ~2 days when they needled first. anecdote
- Wound-repair literature exists in dermatology PDRN papers — that is the clinic citation, not a guarantee. trial
Doses people talk about
- Full face (Healer talk): 2 mL (one box) is the menu default; 4 mL (two boxes) is what some technique posts call a real full-face dose. These are legacy menu/box descriptions, not a universal package equivalence. A directly inspected commenter reported 2 cc of Rejuran HB to cheeks, then a separate 4 cc Healer full-face session with 2 cc Fillroad to the neck; PN/HA formulation and treatment area differed. forumanecdote
- Local zone: ~2 mL for cheeks or under-eyes only. forum
- Cadence: 3–4 sessions, 2–4 weeks apart; maintenance 4–12 months. forum
- Hair mesotherapy: 2–4 mL across the scalp per session in those menus, often weekly-to-monthly at first. forum
- Reported volume debate: Some posts call a 1 mL whole-face treatment insufficient and invoke an “activation threshold”; that is a technique/marketing claim, not a demonstrated universal threshold for PDRN or every PN formulation. forum
- 3-box push (2025–26): Some technique posts treat three syringes as a real full-face, not one Healer box. Gray-price talk ~$78/syringe ×3, then 3–4 monthly sessions. forum
- Topical ppm ≠ intradermal mL. A 5,000 ppm c-PDRN ampoule is not a Healer box. forum
- Hair course (clinic blogs): ~6 sessions over ~4 months (every 2 weeks ×3, then monthly) with 2–4 mL/session shows up next to the 3–4 face series. forum
- Framing: Clinic milliliters per session — not a daily peptide IU. forum
How it may feel
- Session day: Grid of papules, redness, sting. “Pillow face” for 24–72 hours is the Rejuran look people post. forum
- Days 3–7: Bumps go down. Makeup usually waits a day. forum
- After 3–4 sessions: The “this is my skin now” window in spa copy. Opened threads include texture/fine-line benefit after 2–3 Rejuran sessions, but also a four-treatment recipient who found no lasting effect. One OP reported extreme injection pain and swelling while also receiving Botox and sunspot treatment; visible follow-up did not supply an isolated Rejuran result. forumanecdote
- Hair: Shed/grow timeline is not minox. People judging at week 2 call it nothing. forum
- Off / skip maintenance: Glow talk fades over months — hence the booster cadence. forum
Around the dose
- Clock: Clinic/intradermal session days, not a morning systemic pin. forum
- After: Aftercare (no heavy heat/sweat immediately) shows up more than gym timing. forum
- Habits: Sunscreen and not picking the treated skin. forum
- Pillow-face buffer: Don’t schedule a photo day for 48–72 hours. Grid papules are the look. forum
- Needling same day: Some 2025 DIY’d MN first and said the bumps lasted longer. anecdote
- Topical vs pin: A salmon-DNA serum is not the session. Intradermal papules are the clinic product. forum
- Not a SubQ peptide pin. Mesotherapy grid, not a belly-fat research vial. forum
Cycles people discuss
- A series, then boosters. Not daily pins. forum
- 3–4 sessions is the starter pack almost every Rejuran page copies. forum
- Hair: Closer to a mesotherapy course than a 5-AR lifestyle drug. forum
- Do not stack five injectables on day one (PDRN + PRP + skin booster + toxin) if you want to know what bruised you. forum
Timing
- Body clock is formulation-specific: The legacy “local depot, not a 17-hour plasma story” wording describes cosmetic-session culture, not measured kinetics. Visible papules after PN/PDRN injections do not measure intact material residence or a human elimination half-life. forum
- Glow timing varies: Reports describe hydration, plumpness or days-to-weeks changes; formulation, swelling, HA-containing products and other procedures complicate attribution. In one inspected report, 2 cc cheek-only Rejuran HB preceded glow at about 2 weeks; a later 4 cc Healer session was a different formulation and also included neck Fillroad. forum
- Maintenance is not half-life: Spa copy commonly describes 4–6-month maintenance. That is a cosmetic-session interval, not measured plasma clearance, tissue residence or guaranteed duration of visible benefit. forum
- No oral PDRN diary culture comparable to the injections. forum
More on what it is
- What it is: Polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN) is a DNA-fragment material discussed for skin repair. Rejuran Healer is the K-beauty skin-booster name often used alongside it, but its injectable material is polynucleotide (PN), not interchangeable with shorter-chain PDRN or topical cosmetics. Neither is a peptide; skin-booster use is distinct from conventional volume-filler goals. forum
- Why people talk about it: TikTok/clinic “salmon sperm facial” volume in 2025–26. Hair boards add PDRN mesotherapy next to minox. Peptide catalogs list it beside GHK-Cu because both are injectable skin jobs. forum
- Session math clinics repeat: 3–4 treatments, 2–4 weeks apart, then maintenance every 4–12 months. Full-face talk is often 2–4 mL; 2 mL is one box and some writers call that underdosed for a whole face. forum
- Healer vs I vs S vs HB: Under-eye (I), scar/structure (S), hair/body SKUs — same family, different syringes. forum
- Not PRP, not PN from a random vial. Rejuran is a brand; gray “PDRN 5 mL” is a different identity problem. forum
- PN vs PDRN (2025–26 clinic fight): Rejuran Healer is generally described as longer-chain PN (~20 mg/mL in Korean MFDS device talk). PDRN is the shorter-fragment cousin. TikTok still says “salmon DNA” for both. forumtrial
- US access split: Injectable Rejuran is not FDA-approved for aesthetic use in 2026 public-database searches. Sephora/c-PDRN ampoules are cosmetics, not the box. trialforum
- Not filler: r/KoreanBeauty 2026 — it does not plump or lift like HA filler. Disappointed reviews often wanted volume. forum
- How it works (plain): Fragments are pitched as A2A-adenosine / wound-repair signaling in skin, not as “injecting fish genes into your face.” trial
Stacks
- Solo series first: So you can see bruise vs glow. forum
- + PRP: Clinic “blood + salmon DNA” menus. forum
- + Laser / RF: Recovery add-on. forum
- Hair: + minoxidil / microneedling. forum
- + GHK-Cu: Copper-peptide vs polynucleotide — two skin-injectable drawers. forum
Access talk
- Not FDA-approved as a US aesthetic injectable (2026 searches). Korea MFDS device talk (Rejuran Healer) is not a US filler approval. trialforum
- Topical c-PDRN is cosmetics. Sephora/ampoule “salmon DNA” is not the intradermal box. forum
- Gray “PDRN 5 mL” ≠ Rejuran. Brand SKUs (Healer / I / S / HB) vs random polynucleotide vials. forum
- Not a July 2026 peptide PCAC story. This is a clinic/import/mesotherapy identity problem, not 503A BPC/KPV. forum
Storage notes
- Prefilled clinic syringes / boxes. Fridge per brand insert. forum
- Gray lyophilized “PDRN” is not Rejuran. STUDresearch does not publish a mix chart. forum
Watch for
- Bruising, swelling, grid bumps: Expected 1–3 days, not a surprise. forum
- Infection / injector identity: Any mesotherapy. forum
- Gray PDRN ≠ Rejuran box. forum
- Not a filler for volume. Wrong tool if the job is cheeks. forum
- Hair evidence is thinner than skin-glow marketing. forum
- Product and route mismatch: US topical c-PDRN cosmetics and Korean Rejuran Healer injections are different products, with different routes and regulatory contexts. forumtrial
- Allergy / fish-origin: Trout/salmon DNA source is the caution people with fish allergy actually ask. trial
