SR-9011
Also known as
SR9011 · SR 9011
Community talk. May contain inaccuracies. Not medical advice. Not a protocol. Not for human or animal use.
SR-9011 is discussed for more training energy, easier cardio and fat loss, but the experiences are mixed. Some users describe greater work capacity; others find little benefit or stop because sleep and daytime energy become worse. Its reputation as a better-absorbed SR9009 is disputed, and neither a reliable human half-life nor a safe regimen follows from these reports.
What SR-9011 is
- A separate clock-and-metabolism research compound. SR-9011, also written SR9011 or SR 9011, is a synthetic small molecule developed as a REV-ERB agonist: a compound acting on proteins involved in daily rhythms and metabolic gene regulation. It is distinct from SR9009 and is not a peptide or an androgen-receptor SARM. Animal context
- The attraction is endurance, energy and fat-loss talk. People look for easier training or a leaner appearance, often asking whether SR-9011 improves on SR9009. The inspected reports do not establish that comparison, and being discussed in a SARM forum does not make the compounds the same class. Community Personal report Animal context
What people report
- More work without a stimulant feeling. In an AnabolicMinds capsule log, Cheeky Monkey described greater workout endurance without warmth or a stimulant sensation. They reported weight falling from 235 to 226 lb after a month, then 223 lb in a later update that also described a plateau; meals and activity were not controlled. Personal report
- Energy can come with a poor tradeoff. A separate SR-9011 user described wanting another lifting session later in the day, rather than feeling able to do endless cardio. Sleep disruption made them question repeating it. Broke4Life later reported little overall benefit despite a small cardio improvement. Personal report Personal report
Doses people discuss
These are individual reports, not a dose ladder or instructions.
- 15 mg/day in a capsule account. Cheeky Monkey reported one 5 mg capsule three times daily. This is one product account, not an established common or effective amount. Personal report
- 20 mg/day in an oral, under-the-tongue account. fAmm05000 reported two 10 mg amounts, one on waking and one before training, sometimes only two hours apart. They associated 25 or 30 mg and wider spacing with worse sleep; those experiments do not establish a safe timing adjustment. Personal report
- Plans and mixed-compound amounts need separate labels. Broke4Life initially proposed 5 mg three times daily, or 15 mg/day, using an oral liquid; the final course amount was not confirmed. SuitWide9206 reported 10 mg three times daily, or 30 mg/day, but later clarified using both SR compounds as liquids, mostly SR-9011. Personal report Personal report
Half-life: a repeated estimate
- About four hours is a community claim. The seed thread and Broke4Life repeat four hours without a human concentration-time study. The inspected community sources do not establish an SR-9011 human half-life; a repeat-dose interval or a crash after several hours does not measure how quickly the body eliminates it. Community Personal report Personal report
When people notice changes
- A week is a reported checkpoint, not a promise. Broke4Life noticed a small cardio change after the first week. The mixed-liquid account placed its perceived benefits around days 7–10. Neither establishes single-dose onset, and taking something before training is not a measurement of when it starts working. Personal report Personal report
How long the effects feel
- A three-to-four-hour crash in one account. euthyroidsick described 10 mg per administration, with route unspecified, followed by severe sleepiness after 3–4 hours even when another dose had been taken. They reported missing work, then changing to evening use and waking after only 3–4 hours of sleep. Later daytime fatigue complicates their description of unusually restorative sleep. Personal report
- No dependable effect window emerges. The same author claimed next-day endurance and weight effects; that is not proof the drug remained active. Other reports emphasize insomnia instead of a predictable crash, so these accounts do not establish all-day coverage, a washout interval or lasting benefit after stopping. Personal report Personal report
Cycles and breaks
- A planned course may end early. SuitWide9206 planned 6–8 weeks but stopped around week three because of unwanted effects. That completed exposure matters more than the intended calendar. Personal report
- A break was proposed, not verified. Cheeky Monkey initially planned four more weeks after the one-month report. In November they were nearly finished and planned eight weeks off; the opened thread does not confirm completing that break. The euthyroidsick account describes about a month. These are personal timelines, not an established cycle or recovery schedule. Personal report Personal report
Cautions that change the experience
- Sleep, restless legs and impaired daytime function. The oral user reported restless-leg aggravation, infrequent headaches and insomnia despite sleep-aid co-use. The crash account described disabling sleepiness. Opposite experiences do not support using SR-9011 as a sleep treatment. Personal report Personal report
- Other complaints are less specific. The mixed-liquid account also reported stress, hunger despite fullness, dry skin, nighttime cough, feeling dehydrated and an older-looking face. These are unverified symptoms from mixed exposure, not proof of accelerated aging or a diagnosed organ injury. Broke4Life reported burning under the tongue; irritation does not verify absorption or identity. Personal report Personal report
- A reassuring report is not a safety study. The capsule reviewer reported no side effects and normal blood tests without posting numerical results. That cannot establish long-term safety, endocrine safety or product purity. Personal report
- Prohibited in tested sport. WADA’s 2026 list explicitly names SR9011 under S4.4.1 metabolic modulators, prohibited both in and out of competition. This is a sport restriction, separate from national controlled-substance scheduling. Official context
What the laboratory work adds
- Mouse metabolism is not a human fitness result. Solt and colleagues studied both compounds in cells and mice. Their SR-9011 experiments found increased oxygen consumption and lower fat mass after intraperitoneal dosing; the figure legends distinguish those findings from SR9009 experiments. This supports the research interest, not a human oral amount, absorption advantage or fat-loss promise. Animal context
Making sense of the disagreement
- Feeling something does not measure absorption. The seed thread argues that oral products are ineffective, but a positive 20 mg pill reply explicitly describes SR9009. It cannot supply SR-9011 evidence. Positive SR-9011 experiences also cannot measure the fraction absorbed or prove better bioavailability than SR9009. Community Personal report
- A little improvement may still feel disappointing. Broke4Life finished with little perceived benefit despite a modest cardio change. A different commenter, DrWilliamHorriblePhD, later reported no change in alertness, sleep/wake pattern or weight. By contrast, euthyroidsick estimated roughly 50% greater endurance without a measured test. These accounts describe very different outcomes, not a dependable effect size. Personal report Personal report Personal report
- Comparisons and stacks answer different questions. SR9009 is the nearest related molecule; Cardarine is an endurance comparison with a different target, PPAR-delta. The seed poster asked about adding SR-9011 to LGD-4033 and MK-677, which is not evidence of that combination’s outcome. The crash author discusses Ostarine elsewhere while claiming no concurrent PEDs during SR-9011; that unresolved timeline limits attribution. Community Official context Personal report
