Blocked routes lead to Macedonia
Closed provinces, a night appeal, and a shared 'we' conclusion
The Spirit forbids preaching in Asia. A later attempt toward Bithynia is also refused. At Troas Paul sees a Macedonian man pleading, "Come over into Macedonia, and help us." The team immediately seeks to go, concluding together that God has called them to preach there.
The first "we" passage begins here, which matters for authorship and source debates without naming the narrator. Blocked plans, a vision, and communal inference work together. The scene supplies no universal algorithm for reading every closed door or every dream as a command.
