The Cherubim and Wheels Move as One Living Throne

When he looks, behold the four wheels by the cherubims, one wheel by one cherub, and another wheel by another cherub: and the appearance of the wheels is as the color of a beryl stone. As for their appearances, they four have one likeness, as if a wheel had been in the midst of a wheel.

When they go, they go upon their four sides; they turn not as they go, but to the place whither the head looketh they follow it; they turn not as they go. Their whole body, and their backs, and their hands, and their wings, and the wheels, are full of eyes round about, even the wheels that they four have.

As for the wheels, it is cried unto them, O wheel

Every one has four faces: the first the face of a cherub, the second the face of a man, the third the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle. The cherubims are lifted up. This is the living creature that Ezekiel saw by the river of Chebar.

When the cherubims go, the wheels go by them; when the cherubims lift their wings to mount up from the earth, the same wheels also turn not from beside them. When they stand, these stand; when they are lifted up, these lift up: for the spirit of the living creature is in them. Coordinated imagery does not prove machines, extraterrestrials, or secret architecture.
