Isaiah 61:10–11
The Speaker Rejoices in Garments of Salvation
He has clothed me with garments of salvation
The speaker, or the city in the speaker's mouth, rejoices because God has dressed her as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland and as a bride adorns herself with jewels. As the earth brings forth shoots and a garden its seeds, so the Lord God will cause righteousness and praise to spring up before all the nations.
Clothing and garden are gift, not self-tailored identity. Public righteousness is organic in the image: it grows because God causes it. This is not a land deed, not nationalist immunity, not supersession, and not a warrant to control women with bridal metaphors.
Shoots are small and then they are not. A warranted life is to wear salvation as something received, to let praise be the plant rather than the billboard, and to expect righteousness to be visible before nations without turning visibility into domination.

Wear salvation as something received, and let righteousness grow like a garden rather than a billboard. Do not use bridal clothing to control women or claim a deed.
