LGD-3303
Also known as
LGD3303 · LGD 3303
Community talk. May be wrong. Not medical advice. Not a protocol. Not for human or animal use.
Systemic oral SARM research chemical; human pharmacokinetics and clinical efficacy are not established.
User reported definition, weight and lift changes by week 4; a planned 7.5 mg amount is not counted as exposure.
Taken with 20 mg/day methandienone, so strength and appearance reports cannot be assigned to LGD-3303.
Preserved vendor/forum range; it is not human clinical evidence and should not be read as a dose ladder.

Timing context & sources
Half-life in the body
A human parent-plasma half-life for LGD-3303 is not established by the reviewed evidence.
The primary pharmacology study compared oral dosing with continuous infusion in castrated male Sprague-Dawley rats and assessed tissue exposure and androgenic activity.
Animal route and concentration-time behavior cannot be scaled into a human parent half-life. Forum estimates and split-dose practices are not measurements.
- LGD-3303, a selective androgen receptor modulator with separate muscle and prostate activity (opens in a new tab)Vajda et al., J Pharmacol Exp Ther 2009: castrated male Sprague-Dawley rats received LGD-3303 orally or by continuous infusion; pharmacologic activity and tissue exposure were compared in levator ani muscle and prostate.Preclinical rat study, not human efficacy or pharmacokinetics. Direct PubMed access presented a browser-check screen; the abstract and mirrored article content were reviewed. No human parent half-life can be inferred.
- Reddit r/sarmssourcetalk — LGD-3303 human half-life debate (opens in a new tab)Thread repeats short-hour half-life lore; one commenter checks the underlying paper, notes it is rat-only, and distinguishes its rat concentration-time observations from a speculative human estimate.Community interpretation in a sourcing thread, not human pharmacokinetic evidence. Numerical human estimates remain extrapolations and are not used as measured values here.
Felt duration people report
The sparse human reports do not establish a reliable onset or persistence window.
One 5 mg/day user noticed changes at week 4; a nine-week 10 mg/day report claimed persistent effects but included methandienone, and TRT comparisons omitted amounts.
Anonymous unverified products, tiny sample, concurrent anabolic drugs or TRT, training and diet confounding, and no controlled timing measurements.
- Reddit r/sarmssourcetalk — Where to find LGD-3303 (opens in a new tab)One user reported 5 mg every day and, at week 4, more definition, weight gain and improved lifts; the same post said 7.5 mg was planned for week 5.Anonymous gray-market report in a sourcing thread; product identity, amount, training, diet and outcome measures were not verified, and a planned amount is not an exposure.
- Reddit r/sarmssourcetalk — LGD-3303 experience discussion (opens in a new tab)One user described 10 mg/day LGD-3303 with 20 mg/day methandienone for nine weeks, reporting strength, dryness, vascularity and effects said to last about two months.Anonymous retrospective gray-market report completely confounded by methandienone, muscle-memory history, training and unverified product identity; persistence is not parent-drug half-life.
- Reddit r/SARMs — LGD-3303 comparisons (opens in a new tab)Visible replies include a TRT user comparing 3303 with 4033 and describing greater hardness and vascularity on 3303; another described hair shedding on 3303 but not 4033. Amounts were not supplied.Anonymous comparative reports with TRT and other use confounding, no verified products or amounts, and no controlled head-to-head design.
What people say
- Anabolic talk: Sparse community relative to LGD-4033. forum
- Body-comp talk: LGD-3303 is discussed for recomp, strength continuity, or soft-tissue recovery depending on class. forum
- Training confound: PRs and scale changes almost always co-travel with diet phase and programming. anecdote
- Suppression / lipid chatter: Hormonal agents pull bloodwork and PCT conversations even when marketed “mild.” forum
- Cycle thinking: Fixed on/off blocks dominate over indefinite daily use. forum
Doses people talk about
- Common oral band: roughly ~5–20 mg/day in vendor/forum templates; some logs cluster ~10 mg/day. forum
- Split dose: sometimes 2×/day for short half-life lore. forum
- Cycle: often ~6–8 weeks with suppression/lipid monitoring talk. forum
- Framing: Oral SARM research-chem (distinct from LGD-4033/ligandrol). Community charts only. forum
How it may feel
- Days 1–7: The inspected 5 mg/day account did not describe a distinct acute onset; the product, training and diet were unverified. forum
- Week 4 at 5 mg/day: One user reported more definition, weight gain and improved lifts, then planned 7.5 mg for week 5; the planned amount is not an observed exposure. forum
- Nine-week stacked account: One user described 10 mg/day LGD-3303 plus 20 mg/day methandienone with strength, dryness and vascularity; attribution to LGD-3303 is not possible. forum
- Comparison under TRT: One user described greater hardness, vascularity and abdominal definition on LGD-3303 than LGD-4033, but gave no amount and used TRT. forum
- Adverse disagreement: Another comparison reported hair shedding on LGD-3303 but not LGD-4033; dose, product identity and other exposures were not supplied. forum
Cycles people discuss
- Inspected courses: One 5 mg/day account reached week 4, while a separate 10 mg/day account described nine weeks alongside methandienone; neither establishes a standard cycle. forum
- Common pattern: Many self-protocols use weeks-on / weeks-off rather than indefinite daily use — cost and caution drive this more than hard science. forum
- No magic cycle: There is rarely one universal “correct” on/off calendar across forums. forum
- Reassess: Stop and reassess if adverse effects appear; this is not medical care. forum
Timing
- Timing practicalities: People time doses around side effects, training, and sleep more than perfect PK. forum
- Forum half-life estimates: Users repeat short-hour values and split-dose logic, but the thread itself notes the underlying PK paper is rat-only; no human parent half-life should be inferred. forumanimal
- Human PK: Not established in the reviewed literature; the primary pharmacology study compared oral and continuous-infusion LGD-3303 exposure in castrated male rats. animal
More on what it is
- Caution: Do not mix up with LGD-4033 charts. forum
- Research posture: Educational summary of public discussion and literature themes only. forum
- How people talk about it: Forum volume is a popularity signal for LGD-3303, not proof it works for you. forum
- What it is: LGD-3303 is an orally active nonsteroidal androgen-receptor modulator studied preclinically in rat pharmacokinetic, muscle and prostate models; it is distinct from LGD-4033 and has no established human clinical efficacy. animal
- Research only: Not approved advice for self-experimentation; legality and access vary by place. forum
Stacks
- Avoid stacking unknowns: community forum
- Less is clearer: Solo runs make personal n=1 easier to interpret than five-compound blasts. forum
Storage notes
- No mix instructions here: STUDresearch does not list reconstitution, diluent volumes, or syringe unit charts. People reconstitute many different ways and vial labels differ — that content creates more confusion than clarity. forum
- Storage (general talk only): Unopened research products are usually kept cool, dry, and away from light per the seller label. Anything after first use is product-specific — follow the label, not a universal forum SOP. forum
Watch for
- Suppression: Expected class talk. forum
- Name confusion risk: Wrong compound dosing is a real user error mode. forum
- Route and product risk: The reviewed primary work used oral dosing or continuous infusion in rats, while inspected human accounts discussed unverified oral gray-market products; an injection-site template does not belong on this record. animalforum
- Unknowns: Long-term safety for gray-market preparations is often poorly characterized. forum
- Stack noise: Sides logged on multi-agent stacks cannot be blamed cleanly on one compound. forum
- Seek care red flags: Severe allergic reaction, chest pain, neuro changes, or uncontrolled BP/glucose need real medical care — not forum advice. forum
- Unapproved-drug status: SARMs are not FDA-approved for human use and are not legal dietary-supplement ingredients. This card maps forum talk only — not a sourcing guide, not a safety claim, and not a promise of results. trial
